Hey Jason.
If you want to give me a call, I’ll be back home at 8:00 and change. Try around 8:30. Today is class day and I’ve got some Calculus word problems to do. Hopefully I did better at the Differentiation test than I thought I did, because if I did as bad as I thought… well, I’ll have to see about working rediculously hard to bring that grade up.
Oh, and I got a job. Nothing fancy, it is actually a part-time position at Knight-Ridder down here doing some call center stuff. The way I look at it, it is an easy job with flexible hours that is tailor made for my attempts to get back to school. It will allow me to get my “local” classes done so very much faster than Lex 2 that it isn’t even funny. We’ll have to see though, I may start looking for another job if the salary cannot make both ends meet.
For the next three weeks I’ll be in training, working from 1 to 5 Monday to Friday, so D&D could happen either this weekend or next (preferably next?). After that I start working “all week” meaning I’ll be going from 11 to 5 (the eleven is not a typo) and I’ll have tuesday and saturday off. Yeah. That somewhat puts the kibosh on the whole “weekend” thing. So when you guys get moved back down here then we can start casually playing D&D on saturdays. Oh, and the Sunday is from 6 (am) to 3 (pm) so yeah… no late nights.
We’ll see how this works, but hey, it shouldn’t be all that long if I’m using it to get back to school. Mayhaps three semesters and a summer and I’ll have local classes bottled up. Then its all distance stuff.
